Missed Pickup / Questions / Concerns
Use one form for service issues, cart requests, commercial questions, or general concerns. During the proposal preview, the form prepares an email to Patriot rather than storing resident data.

When is trash collected?
Residential trash is collected every Monday.
When is recycling collected?
Residential recycling is collected Tuesday using alternating Zone A / Zone B weeks. Each residence receives service every other week.
How do I know which recycling zone I am in?

Can I get another 96-gallon cart?
Yes. Trash and recycling carts are shown at $100 to purchase or $5 per month to rent, with delivery included.
Do you offer commercial dumpsters?
Yes. Patriot offers 4-yard, 6-yard, and 8-yard commercial front-load containers. Contact Patriot for a service quote.
Can I rent a roll-off?
Yes. Patriot offers 12-, 16-, 20-, and 27-yard roll-off containers. Use the Reserve a Roll-Off button above to continue to Patriot’s current online booking system.
